During the evaluation process of our project, we created a PowerPoint slideshow, which helped to detail the events of the entire project. The presentation was created, largely, with the aid of seven questions which covered areas such as forms and conventions, social groups, distribution, audience, attraction and addressing of audience, technologies, and progressions from the preliminary task. We used a voice recorder to record a commentary track to along with our presentation. This was in order to allow us to go in to further detail with the points addressed in the presentation. We then edited the evaluation audio track together using Garageband, making sure that the audio and the visual were in synch with one another, and that the transitions on screen complamented what was being said in the audio.
